Jason is a former Navy Special Operations EOD Diver and police officer. He spent over 16 years as a Police Officer; 12 of them on SWAT. He holds a graduate degree in Criminal Justice, and has certifications as an ALERRT Instructor, School Resource Officer, lead firearms instructor, and has presented Active Shooter courses to businesses, churches, and schools for 13 years.

Joe is a retired U.S. Navy Special Operations EOD Diver with extensive research and experience in Federal, State, and local Administration and Command. Joe holds a graduate degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, and has numerous combat deployments. Joe has certifications in Emergency Management, Crisis Intervention, Tactical Deployments, and Threat Countermeasures.
